A Quiet Place to Read
An extra opportunity to read in a quiet place. Extra time to read text books. Quiet time to read books for enjoyment. A chance to catch up on AR quizzes. For kids “on the verge” of becoming better readers, they just need more time. Kids who may need to “reread” text or read it ahead of time so that other subject areas will make more sense (Soc. Stud, Sci.). Kids that are recommended by their teachers. Grades 1-5 |

WVUSD Elementary Parent Education Meetings Scheduled
WALNUT, CA--Walnut Valley Unified School District is pleased to present monthly Parent Education Meetings this spring. During February, March, and April, three different workshops will be featured for elementary school parents. Each of the hour-long presentations will be made available to every elementary school. One school will host each parent meeting and parents from two neighboring schools will be invited to attend the meetings. |

Results will be posted Thursday, January 26th. If your name is not on the list, come try out for the opening and/or closing act! Auditions will be Friday, 1/27 at 1:30pm. |
